This page explains what AxleVR does with the details you share through axlevr.com. In short: we only use them to reply to you, and we do not sell or share them.

Who we are

AxleVR is a VR procedure training studio based in India. For anything about your data, write to hello@axlevr.com.

What we collect

Only what you type into the “Request the pilot brief” form: your name, company, role, the procedure you are interested in, your email address and, if you choose to add them, your phone number and a message.

We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies on this site, and we do not build profiles of visitors. Fonts and images are served from our own site.

Why we use it

To reply to your request, send you the pilot brief and follow up about a possible pilot. We do not add you to mailing lists or newsletters, and we do not use your details for anything else.

Who handles it

When you send the form, your details are passed to Formspree, the service that delivers the form to our inbox, and then stored in our email account. These services may store data outside India. We do not sell your details or share them with anyone else.

How long we keep it

For as long as we need to answer your request and follow up about a pilot. After that we delete it, or sooner if you ask us to.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you the details we hold about you, correct them, or delete them, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Email hello@axlevr.com and we will act on it within a reasonable time. If you are not happy with our response, you can raise a grievance at the same address.

Changes

If we change how we handle your details, we will update this page and the date at the top.
